Qualifications
Minimum qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
10 years of experience in technology, advertising, or online media sales.
4 years of experience leading a sales team, including recruiting, coaching, and retaining talent as well as building and executing business plans.
Ability to travel up to 20% of the time.
Preferred qualifications:
MBA degree.
Experience with successfully owning sales team operations and sales leadership: portfolio management, team building, KPI measurement, execution, strong analytical skills to assess performance, and ability to develop actionable insights to capture opportunities.
Experience with Google Ads or Search Ads 360 as well as an understanding of or experience working with 3rd party ad serving tools.
Working experience with media agencies, ad tech companies, and large media buying/trading companies with an ability to develop and deliver business strategies and relationships sustainable in the short- and long-term.
Thought leadership, as demonstrated by industry expertise. Ability to influence.

As a Lead for the Search Ads 360 (SA360) team, you’ll lead and coach a team of high-performing SA360 Specialists who work with agency sales teams and internal product managers to implement leading search marketing technology and best practices. You will also work with the sales leadership team to set strategic objectives and run the day-to-day operations for the business. Agency Leads willingly help their sales teams and roll up their sleeves to partner directly with clients to provide comprehensive service. You are an excellent communicator with a proven ability to train and motivate a team, and you take an analytical approach to management.

Responsibilities
Deliver business growth, engagement, and client satisfaction for a portfolio of GCS-managed agencies in an assigned market. Manage and strengthen executive-level agency relations through key meetings, business reviews, and speaking engagements.
Recruit, coach, and lead the team of Search Ads 360 Specialists to ensure sustainable client growth, high agency satisfaction, and enhanced portfolio health.
Define the future of Search Ads 360 programs by building the necessary infrastructure and processes. Initiate and run strategic initiatives to grow GCS agency businesses.
