What you'll do

You will be joining Cisco SAE (Secure Agile Exchange) project solution test team.

Desired Skills

You will have 12+ years of testing and team lead experiences, preferably in system/solution level testing.

Experience with Cisco devices, Nexus devices preferred

You will have experience with virtualization including Openstack, VMWare, and AWS

You will have experience in analyzing customer/solution requirements, feature/system test planning, use cases design and execution

You will be experienced designing and setting up test lab infrastructure.

Automation experience using Python preferred

Responsibilities

Review Customer Solution Requirement Docs (SRDs), PRD, SFS, Test plans, and customer facing documentation

Analyze customer/solution requirements, develop solution level test strategy and plan

Create and monitor test strategy, planning and execution

Validate Customer use cases

You will also execute tests, track and log issues and drive them till resolution with verification of bug fixes

Participate in multi-functional and cross-BU test efforts

Initiate and participate in efforts to improve overall group productivity and test effectiveness. Contribute to overall test strategy development and test process definition/improvement.

Work with marketing and development engineering to understand market/customer/product requirements and ensure that the delivered product meets specifications.

Engagement in Early Field Trials and Customer POCs.

Closely work with field/customer facing teams to incorporate feedback into internal test phases / build standard methodologies.
