We are looking for an “A Player” experienced Phone Sales Manager to recruit, hire, and manage a group of remote phone sales professionals as well as manage our existing remote sales reps.Phone Sales Manager will be responsible for screening resumes, evaluating potential candidates, interviewing qualified sales professionals, hiring, and managing a group of top tier phone sales professionals.Candidate will also be responsible for their own small quota of commission-based phone sales so they “stay in the trenches” with the sales reps they are managing.Other duties will include working with management, client service, and administrative staff to refine our Sales Rep training program and sales resources.Note: This is NOT a remote position.
