Sales Operations Manager, Professional ServicesConceiveAbilities is a Chicago based international organization committed to providing services to match Intended Parents with Egg Donors and Surrogates.
We are looking for a leader who understands the importance of matching a successful sales process with our client s unique situation.
The Sales Operations Manager will be an important link between operations and sales and will be tasked with balancing the needs of the Intended Parents/Egg Donors/Surrogates with driving the sales funnel in order to establish growth.
The ideal candidate will demonstrate: A drive to get things done and a track record of establishing processes that lead to effective action plans, A clear view of the big picture with an ability to set achievable goals to attain larger objectives, The ability to lead and develop others, A passion for profitability and efficiency with all resources, A contagious enthusiasm for our services and continuous growth.Specifically, the candidate will: Coach, mentor and hold the team accountable, Optimize intended parents transactions through the sales funnel and manage the sales playbook, Proactively refine process and pursue continuous improvement, Contribute to marketing efforts and collaborate with Outside Sales, Maintain industry knowledge.This key position will report to the VP of Sales and liaise with other integral members of the ConceiveAbilities team.Additional requirements include: Sales operations experience in a professional services environment, Mentoring direct reports with a range of experience Bachelor s degree in a related field.
