Innovative Systems is looking for a technically talented and curious Salesforce & Digital Marketing professional to help expand sales force effectiveness and efficiency through the optimization of Innovative’s sales automation tools in tandem with developing and executing strategies and processes that generate high value sales leads.

Salesforce Administration


- Managing Salesforce security including roles, profiles, sharing rules, workflows and groups.
- Building custom reports and dashboards to keep end users and stakeholders informed while also providing that supports high value decision-making because it is both accurate and insightful
- Troubleshooting problems when they arise and ensure communicate of issues to management or other interested individuals
- Manage all sales related technical resources and migration of data into Salesforce
- Staying up to date on newSalesforcefeatures as they are released; educate others on impacts​​​​
- Complete regular internal system audits and prepare for upgrades
- Coordinate the evaluation, scope and completion of new development requests
- Learn and implement best practices of Salesforce CPQ
- Administration of Salesforce CPQ
- Review and improve Pardot automations
- Integrate Salesforce with Outlook, Ring Central, Zoom Info, Leadfeeder, LinkedIn, etc.Salesforce Analysis


- Analyze and cleanup Salesforce data to maintain integrity of the information and ease of use
- Analyze Salesforce data and developing improvement strategies
- Create data analysis reports and dashboards that create value-add in decision making
- Importing historical data from SalesforceSalesforce Adoption


- Onboard and train new and existing Salesforce users
- Create process documents while deploying new changes
- Create effective and engaging training videos Digital Marketing


- Automating lead process flow and implementing new ideas for lead generation that delivers high quality leads
- Develop and recommend lead generation ideas and implement integrations
- Collaborate with marketing and other stakeholders and business leaders on improvements to Innovative’s corporate website
- Ensure reliable marketing automation functionality through continued education and responsiveness to technical issues.
- Administer and help create E-Mail templates utilized within the sales group
- Regularly upload leads through Ringlead into Salesforce
- Familiarity with digital media, various social media platforms, best practices, and website analytics.
- Familiarity with SEO, Google Analytics, Google Data Studio and CMS platforms (Drupal and Wordpress)
- Knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop/InDesign).Requirements (knowledge, skills, and abilities) you need to have


- Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or related STEM degree or equivalent experience
- 1 year + with Salesforce.com
- Prior experience with other marketing automation systems
- Experience working with databases
- Keen eye for detail and analytical skills.
- Ability to collaborate cross-functionally among various teams
- Excellent project management and organizational skills
- Proven strength in achieving high accurate analysis and technical outputs
- A can-do attitude with a strong solutions orientation
- Consummate team player who also can effectively work independently
- Highly proficient with MS Office SuiteDesirable knowledge, skills, and experience that would be of great benefit for this role


- Certifications in Salesforce.com
- Familiarity with Salesforce CPQ
- Certifications in Pardot
- Advanced level of Excel skills
