Cisco Kinetic platform is fastest growing segment in IOT, and developing next-gen network management platforms to provide solutions for IOT Customers for various deployments, Manufacturing, Mining, Oil & Gas, Automation and Smart Connected. You will be working on cutting-edge network management systems for cloud deployment to manage and configure devices such as Cisco’s leading Industrial IOT routers, switches.
In this role, you will help lead and manage the delivery of multiple complex network management projects in a timely, controlled and predictable manner. Cisco needs your strong interpersonal skills to engage with project stakeholders and provide effective communications at appropriate levels. Additionally, as a Scrum Master you’ll be a driving force for ensuring scrum is understood and adopted. Working in close collaboration with cross functional teams, you will be a voice of mentorship for the teams to self-organize and build high-value products, and remove impediments to the teams’ progress.
Be an advocate for Agile, SAFe, and project management methodologies.
Manage multiple, simultaneous projects that may span across several IT teams.
Assist your direct manager in organizing and tracking various initiatives at the direct team level.
Develop and present proposals and final project plans/timelines.
Influence the assessment, planning and management of related projects.
Who You Are
Typically requires BS/BA degree or equivalent
At least 4-5 years in a clearly defined Project Management role.
Professional PM certification plausible: PMP, PRINCE2, ITIL, Agile, SCRUM or equivalent.
Basic network management system knowledge a plus
Desired Skills:
Project Management experience in the deployment of leading edge technologies in an cloud environment.
Basic knowledge of network environments (routing, switching, routing protocols, internet) and general network architecture.
Has demonstrated clear leadership skills and experience working with large project teams and strategic projects.
