Our program consists of structured team study halls, individual and group tutoring, academic mentors, and study skills workshops which are provided to our student-athletes at no cost. The program staff is selected from among the top graduate students at ECU, who undergo a structured training program to ensure the highest quality of services are provided, resulting in many successful experiences for all involved.
A study hall leader would be responsible for maintaining a productive study environment among a group of 10-20 student-athletes as well as motivating them to stay on task and use their time wisely and for academic purposes. A study hall leader also functions as a mentor to freshmen student-athletes during their transition from high school to college.

Preferred (Majors, Experience, GPA, etc.)For hiring consideration, applicants must meet and maintain the minimum GPA requirement (3.0 cumulative), be a graduate, act with professionalism, and demonstrate the ability to be an academic and personal role model.
