May operate or assist in the operation of computers, data processing equipment, audio and video equipment, digital cameras and additional electronic equipment. Duties may include equipment set-up, installation and maintenance, application support and testing; and troubleshooting hardware/software problems. Performs related tasks as assigned by supervisor while assisting workstation support for the division of Student Affairs. Student worker may be exposed to confidential information.

Preferred (Majors, Experience, GPA, etc.)Experience with computer hardware/software is a plus, but not mandatory. Some training will be provided. Must have current NC Driver’s License.

Approximately 20 hours – Monday – Friday during 8-5 work day.

Technical major or minor students preferred.
