Senior Analyst, International Tax
The international tax senior analyst will assist with the U.S. compliance for our foreign operations consisting of approximately 300 foreign legal entities and will be involved in preparation of detailed analysis and maintenance of adequate records associated with the U.S. taxation of foreign operations including calculation of FSI & Subpart F, etc.
Prepare & review the U.S. compliance for our foreign operations including preparation of Forms 5471, 8865, and 8858.
Assist with calculating Subpart F, GILTI, FDII & foreign source income,
Prepare and manage the application process of US residency certificates and the associated treaty benefit application forms of foreign countries
Update documentation of foreign structure and monitor transaction flows to assure foreign structure is properly maintained in CorpTax
Assist with transfer pricing documentation and country-by-country reporting
Perform tax research
Minimum 3 years tax experience in public accounting firms and/or large multi-national companies.
International tax experience preferred
Proficient in Excel
