MasterCard's Compliance group in the Law Department is responsible for ensuring the organization's Compliance with specific laws and regulations, and for implementing, overseeing and executing programs, policies, and procedures to that effect including Business Ethics, Anti-Corruption, Anti-Money Laundering, Sanctions, and Export Controls.

The Senior Analyst - Quality Assurance and Legal Compliance Risk Management reports to the Vice President, Legal Compliance Risk Management and supports the team in performing annual risk assessments, working with and advising business owners on risks, controls and processes, building process flows, and designing the Quality Assurance procedures and testing in line with the Quality Assurance program for Compliance.

Role

The Senior Analyst - Quality Assurance and Legal Compliance Risk Management primary role is to assist with the design and documentation of Quality Assurance programs for Compliance and execute Quality Assurance testing for Compliance in line with stated procedures. Working with business owners is a primary focus including discussing QA results, preparing documentation for Compliance risk and control self-assessments, developing process flows and overseeing the annual Compliance risk assessment timeline and GBSC related activities. The senior analyst role also supports M&A due diligence and integration processes for Compliance as needed. Managing, maintaining and enhancing the repository and the annual business continuity procedures are also key aspects of the role to ensure all work performed is readily accessible as needed.

All About You

The Senior Analyst - Quality Assurance and Legal Compliance Risk Management has a Bachelor's degree, Compliance Quality Assurance testing experience, risk management, auditing and/or process mapping experience and ACAMS Certification (is preferred). Excellent communication skills support all aspects of the role and are critical to the successful execution of deliverables.
