The Business Planning & Analysis team within Enterprise Reporting & Analysis will support 70+ active client budgets (budget adherence, invoicing, and burn rates) with $40M in annual allocations and 400+ ERA team members across 10 unique departmental GLs and 4 unique work units.
Production of financial reports (internal/client-facing) including: forecasting, savings tracking, utilization monitoring, roster/hierarchy tracking
Ownership of billing infrastructure and allocation methodology
Present analysis and interpretation for operational and business review and planning
Support short and long term operational/strategic business activities through analysis
Develop recommended business solutions through research and analysis of data and business process and implement when appropriate
Ability to effectively communicate analysis including trends and opportunities to clients and the business in writing and verbally
Ability to problem solve including multiple priorities and research conflicting and/or inaccurate data
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Health Administration or related field
Financial management experience
Ability to analyze, review, forecast, and trend complex data
3+ years of experience in business/finance analysis
Experience gathering and documenting requirements from the client to create financial performance metric
Intermediate proficiency with PC based software programs and Excel, Access, PowerPoint
Experience with automated database management systems
