Senior Configuration Consultant

As a Revenue Cycle Senior Configuration Consultant you manage and monitor overall configuration strategy and project schedule for team. You direct incoming work requests, assigning team members to work based on resource capacity; drive tools development, troubleshooting, and compliance across team; and analyze complex data to determine configuration readiness. You also provide domain, implementation approach, and workflow design expertise and assist with complex system configurations and testing as necessary; drive complex issue resolution and escalation management; collaborate with internal stakeholders to determine process, methodology updates, and resulting project impacts; and drive process improvement opportunities and efficiencies.

- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent relevant work experience
- At least 5 years’ application configuration work experience
- At least 3 years’ general business, health care or other information technology-related work experience
- At least 2 years' revenue cycle experience
- Bachelor’s Degree in Technology, Business, Health Care or related field
- Experience with Cerner’s revenue cycle solutions
- Willing to travel up to 20% as required
- Must currently reside in or be willing to relocate to the Kansas City Metropolitan area
