Role and Responsibilities
As a Digital Operations Consultant, you will contribute
to process transformation with our Insurance industry clients. Specifically:
You will lead
requirements gathering and management.
You will assist in
running client workshops
You will develop
comprehensive set of sound recommendations
You will actively
identify engagement risks in immediate area of responsibility
You will draw
conclusion from the market /industry trends, client issues
You will analyze the
competitive landscape
You will typically
perform as individual contributor but may have a reporting span of 1-10
Business Analysts
Requirements
3 years of
experience in consulting with a management and/or consulting firm.
3 years of experience
in the process excellence either in consulting or industry practitioner
role
3 years of
experience in Insurance preferred
Automation
assessment experience knowledge.
Understanding of
automation tools preferred
Knowledge of
Delivery and Operational Improvement methodologies, including Lean Six
Sigma
Knowledge of how
automation technologies are applied to transform business processes
Ability to
communicate technical concepts to all audiences.
High level of
energy, sense of urgency, creativity, and decisiveness.
Engaging/open
interpersonal style complemented by the analytical pragmatism necessary to
quickly dissect highly complex issues.
Ability to establish
immediate credibility among peers.
Ability to travel
80%+ of the time
USA East Coast
location preferred
Bachelor’s Degree
required, Master’s Degree in Business/Management preferred.
