Summary of Duties: Under supervision, deliver digital services ranging from consultation to execution, including: discovery and planning sessions; creation of prototypes, wireframes, templates; content creation and distribution using web CMS and applicable tools. Work with management to ensure that the digital channel meets the needs of the intended audience and is presented most effectively, adhering to integrity of content and to SAS standards. Enhance the SAS digital channels by understanding the business objectives and delivering digital guidance and expertise based on an understanding of user behavior, in alignment with corporate goals and initiatives as set forth by management. Participate on cross-functional teams with the goal of ensuring consistency, accuracy, quality, and globalization of sales and marketing initiatives across major geographies. Collaborate with other marketing staff, including global counterparts, to integrate and complement marketing strategies and share best practices across multiple channels. Under supervision conduct market research analysis to identify trends, topics, market opportunities, or competitor performance in digital channels. Develop supporting documents for web projects and initiatives. Analyze website data and usability trends to validate current strategy. Optimize web site conversion rates against key performance indicators. Identify changes and trends in digital marketing and recommend appropriate strategies to management that will ultimately maximize company profit.


Qualifications:  Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Computer Science, or related field and eight (8) years’ experience as a Digital Marketing Specialist, or related role. Employer will accept one (1) year of directly related experience in lieu of one (1) year of college. Experience must include: Five (5) years of experience working with international dependencies in the software industry in a digital marketing role. Three (3) years of experience managing multiple projects simultaneously; building appropriate processes and tools that deliver results based on agile methodologies; working with social media, digital advertising, e-mail marketing strategy and web analytics tasks. Two (2) years of experience working with branding or design agencies. Experience with implementing digital marketing strategies in B2B software environments. Adobe Experience Manager CMS; Website architecture; Digital marketing tools including: Microsoft Office Products and Adobe Creative Suite. Google Advertising Certified.
