Position Summary
Team Overview:
The Business Analysis Team (BAT) provides finance and analytical support to help leadership make informed strategic decisions on running, growing, and improving the business.  We have strong relationships and work closely with executive leadership, including recurring meetings and daily interactions with the Regional Chair, who heads BCG’s North America business.
 
Our dozen-person team is recognized for our strong expertise, problem solving, business partnering, teaming, and customer service.  We take on high-impact projects which improve our business and further the professional development of our analysts.
 
In addition to providing exemplary support to our internal customers in North America, we also partner with colleagues from other business regions and the firm's corporate office.  As a result, members of the team receive significant exposure to the overall business and develop networks and working relationships across the organization.
 
Position Summary:
Working collaboratively within the team and across the organization, this position will provide customers with guidance on key finance topics, which may potentially include:
Tracking commercial pipeline and factors impacting success in the market
Forecasting revenue and business momentum
Evaluating the economics of client relationships, pricing of services, and risk-sharing arrangements
Reviewing utilization and deployment of consulting resources
Analyzing composition of client portfolio and mix
Evaluating performance across client industries and BCG service offerings
Providing business updates and reporting on Key Performance Indicators
As business needs change, over time this position will work on a variety of projects, providing the analyst with a wide range of professional growth opportunities.

Job Responsibilities
Support regional leadership and other key customers by performing analysis and effectively communicating key takeaways and recommendations
Collaborate with a wide variety of business partners, including local offices, global finance, practice areas, and others
Develop and proactively evolve reporting in response to business needs
Complete and respond to ad hoc requests in a timely manner
Provide training to teammates and internal customers
Create and enhance financial processes, guidelines, and policies
Perform other duties as assigned or required

Basic Job Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business, or Math; MBA or Master's degree a plus
4-5 years of finance-related experience ideal; candidates with less experience might potentially be considered at the Financial Analyst level
Proficient in Excel and PowerPoint; experience with Business Objects, HFM, Alteryx, or Tableau a plus
Prior experience in a professional services environment a plus
