The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing multiple financial analysis projects at the same time.
At month end, you will be responsible for budget, projection, and actual variance commentary.
Responsibilities Ensure continual process improvement, including but not limited to, automation of tasks and reporting, initiatives and routine administrative tasks.
Assist various levels of management on projects, tasks, and other duties as assigned.
Research and resolve various accounting issues.
Review and prepare monthly journal entries and reconciliations.
Provide requested information as needed for internal and external audits.
Execute monthly accounting close procedures and deliverables (journal entries, reconciliations, reports) Qualifications Strong analytical and reasoning skills.
Ability to work independently.
Ability to effectively communicate both orally and in writing, to attend to details, prioritize many tasks, and to work under time constraints.
Ability to maintain stability under pressure and be flexible and willing to modify plans and behavior when necessary.
Knowledge of IFRS, GAAP, and FASB.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications is required; advanced knowledge of Excel is strongly preferred.
Ability to be a positive representative of the Company both internally and externally.
Manufacturing and Development business experience a plus.
Knowledge of Epicor ERP and Cognos are both a plus.
BS in Accounting or Finance plus min 3 yrs.
