Job Details:

My client in the Philadelphia area is seeking to hire a full-time Senior IT Support Specialist to work in a collaborative environment.

Required Skills:
2-5 years Help Desk experience.
Microsoft SQL, Exchange, SharePoint.
MCSE, CCNP or equivalent certifications.
A+ and ITIL certification highly preferred.

Other Required Skills:
Excellent Communication, Documentation and ReportingSkills.
Ability to support, maintain and troubleshoot Network and Security systems.
Self-starter; Dependable; Takes Initiative; Customer Service Oriented.
Install Upgrades and Patches.
Knowledge of Active Directory.
Email Administration (MS Outlook).
