What you’ll be doing...
We are looking for an experienced product marketing leader with a passion for delivering a seamless experience to customers who rely on their phones and mobile service for everyday needs. As the team lead for the product marketing team at Visible, you will build and manage a team of product marketers who will identify consumer, market, and industry fit for new product features, ensuring our strategic roadmap is grounded in insights and data. You and your team will drive our value proposition work and build compelling go-to-market strategies, in partnership with marketing and other functional teams to build effective acquisition and engagement efforts. You bring a multi-disciplinary background - including business strategy, product marketing, and analytical skills - and are passionate about delivering a simple and powerful experience to consumers who live their lives on their mobile phones. This is a full-time position basedin Denver, CO, where you will collaborate with team members across functions as well as our executive team.
Your primary responsibilities include leading and driving product marketing initiatives for the company, plus:
Define the strategy, roadmap, and success metrics for allproduct features based on consumer insights and research, ensuring product market fit and long-term growth opportunities
Develop a comprehensive go-to-market strategy and planning across a suite of product features, in partnership with brand, operations, strategy, legal, and product teams
Determine long-term opportunities and strategic direction of product development, in partnership with strategy and product teams, based on market fit assessment, qualitative research and quantitative analysis
Explore new and emerging opportunities to scale production adoption, eg. pricing strategy
Inform and guide strategic decisions and tradeoffs pertaining to product value and positioning, features design and development timelines and experiences, etc.
Build, nurture, and lead a team of product marketers who will own and manage individual product feature or launch stream
What we’re looking for...
What You Bring to the business
10 years of product marketing experience with increasing responsibilities in consumer technology, consumer goods, hardware and / or software technology companies
Proven experience of successfully building, launching, and scaling digital consumer products, and building a world class team of product marketers to help support the initiatives
Combination of strategic product marketing mind and hands-on tactical execution
Ability to influence and communicate cross-functionally, as well as to senior stakeholders
Comfortable with fast-paced environments and rapidly changing priorities
Strong problem solving and communication skills
