The Senior Manager Sales Operations will coordinate all retail marketing and sales activities to maximize the effectiveness of the Business Center marketing budget to increase sales and penetration of all FCA vehicle sales. The Senior Manager Sales Operations will also be responsible for all the retail sales and day to day sales strategy within the Business Center (BC). This role is responsible for execution of all sales related go to market plans. This position will report directly to the Business Center Director.

Primary responsibilities of the position include:

- Understanding the competitive environment

- Developing and implementing the BC marketing plan/budget

- Supervising the area and district managers to ensure the BC’s business plan and targets are met on a daily basis

- Developing all field area sales and district manager personnel within the BC structure to maximize their effectiveness and improve revenue flow

- Working closely with the BC director on local incentive and network strategy to increase brand awareness and maximize sales

- Maintaining strong awareness of local competitive marketing activities, and working closely with the business center, develop measures to respond to those competitive activities, and proactively address opportunities for sales and share Increases-Improve and enhance the customers’ shopping, buying, and ownership experience through dealer network

- Work closely with the field service, parts and network development operations to enhance the overall effectiveness of each functional area within the BC

Additional responsibilities include but are not limited to:

- Volume planning

- RAC (Retail Activation Committee) support plan

- Regional incentive support plan

- Business Center marketing programs

- Brand special packages

- Business center advertising and PR

- Auto show coverage opportunities

- Special events coverage opportunities

- Communicate and coordinate business center strategy with field area and district managers, Dealer Council and local RAC’s-Coordinate business strategy and marketing strategy with Auburn Hills Sales and Marketing organizations

- Input to communicating development process

- Input to auto show/events in region

- Input to minority creative development

- Input to annual budget process

- Retail integration of CRM activities

- Responsible for regional metrics including measurement of profit contribution, sales volume, retail share, ownership experience

Basic Qualifications:

- Bachelor’s degree

- 7 years of OEM sales and marketing experience

- Minimum 3 years of supervisory experience

- 5 years of OEM wholesale experience including metro market sales experience

- Willing to relocate for this position or promotional opportunities

Preferred Qualifications:

- Master of Business Administration

- Managed a high-performing team

- OEM regional staff experience

- Prior retail solutions/activation sales experience
