This collaborative team of engineers, user experience designers, product management, along with web and technology evangelists, is rapidly iterating new products and site features at scale. We deliver high performing solutions on our next generation front-end platform Electrode (node.js and react.js). In an ideal future team mate, we are looking for someone who can help us invent the next generation of ecommerce; develop integrated experiences that leverage our ecosystem, and drive architecture decisions on our newly built web platform to sell anything, to anyone, anywhere in the world. In this role, you will get to work with latest innovation in JavaScript world and other related technologies to design and develop high-performance web applications. You will be responsible for enhancing the foundation for Wal-Mart’s future web application platform as well as proposing solutions to speed up software development, improve deployment and monitoring practices. You are someone who enjoys working in cross-functional team environment, lead complex initiatives, mentor senior and junior engineers and also have interest in hands on development. You will get opportunity to work closely with engineering; business and product teams to help define business and technology roadmaps and suggest solutions that help organization make right technology decisions

Minimum Qualifications
- Strong experience in JavaScript, nodeJS development.
- Experience in working in one of JS Framework (preferably ReactJS)
- Experience in building fault-tolerant, high performance FE architecture.
- Experience in continuous integration and delivery
- Experience developing in web application frameworks, HTML, CSS, mobile web, cross-browser issues, and client-side performance optimization.
- Good understanding of version Control systems, preferable GIT
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or related field and 10 years’ experience building scalable ecommerce applications or mobile software
