Understanding in CMS Encounter Submission, EDI 837 X12 formats.

Tools: Fiddler, SOAP-UI, Perf-Mon, Process Mon.
Masters or BE in Computer Science or Information Technology or related field experience.
Specialize in troubleshooting technical or software issues
Responding to support requests within stated guidelines and contractual Service Level Agreements (SLAs)
Must be a team player and ability to handle multiple tasks at once to meet client deadlines
Demonstrating a consistent and positive client support orientation
Maintaining a strong understanding of Industry trends and applicable technology
Candidate must be focused on continuous process improvement
Must collaborate effectively with other teams
