Description

We are looking for SharePoint Admin for an immediate need. This is a client facing role & the candidate will have regular interactions with various client managers.
Work with Business SMEs to understand functional
architecture, data flow and functional/non-functional requirements of
existing systems.
Identify key stakeholders and classify stakeholder
communication based on influence/interest towards project success.
Elicit and document requirements for future data system
which would act as the single source of customer information.
Review the Application Functional Document with SME’s
and stakeholders for feedback
Create process flow diagrams to visually represent the
existing systems and the future data model.
Responsible for analysis and
patching of Microsoft SharePoint 2013/2016 to address security,
performance, or technical issues. Perform all related changes. Includes
weekend work, as most production changes are performed during weekend
maintenance zones.
Responsible for problems and
root cause analysis for infrastructure and software failures by leverage
ITIL best practices
Responsible for vendor
escalations to Microsoft, Nintex, Metalogix, Quest, Good Mobile Messaging,
and for advanced technical or infrastructure issues as applicable
Configuring new sites and
Monitoring bandwidth usage
Deleing any old files to save
space and running maintenance backups.
Work on automation utilizing
scripting tools like PowerShell and JavaScript
Provides critical training and
SME expertise to resources on team dedicated to end business partner
incidents. Directly works on priority incidents and problems for messaging
and collaboration infrastructure.
Coordination of infrastructure
issues, changes, and system checkouts with other infrastructure support
teams.
Participation in a 24/7/365 on call rotation.
