Software Engineer in Test Intern - MATLAB GUI Building

Job Summary


Job: 19500-KCAR
Location: US-MA-Natick
Department: Quality Engineering
Duration: 6 months (begins Jan 2019)
As an intern working with the MATLAB UI area, you will learn valuable software test automation skills as well as designing testing strategy for commercial products. You will be working on developing JavaScript tests and testers using QUnit/FuncUnit.

Responsibilities

Specific tasks include developing automated test suites and testers, performing hands-on testing, debugging test failures, and collecting metrics.

Minimum Qualifications

Candidates must be pursuing a master's level or a PhD level degree in a technical discipline.
Familiar with JavaScript
Programming experience with MATLAB
Additional Qualifications

Knowledge of Windows and Linux/Mac environments.
Programming experience in Java.
Selenium/QUnit/FuncUnit or GUI Testing experience is a plus.
