We have a unique opportunity for a Solutions Delivery Engineer to join this dynamic organization!
As a Solutions Delivery Engineer with the Global Delivery Readiness team (Fraud & Identity), you will join a small team of product delivery experts that are responsible for ensuring optimal delivery execution within the five regions in which Experian operates. This is accomplished through a number of programs, including market readiness, release management, and the ownership of a comprehensive and ever-evolving set of delivery standards and practices, as well as assignment as a delivery expert to projects around the world.
In this role, two things are critical: deep product knowledge of Global F&ID products, and recognition that interpersonal relationships need to be established and maintained with colleagues around the world.
Support regional delivery teams as a delivery Subject Matter Expert as the regions embark on their market readiness activities
Participate as a Delivery Team stakeholder in Product Release Management activities, for Global Fraud & Identity products. This may include the creation or modification of release artifacts related to delivery, augmentation of published delivery standards and practices, and so forth
Represent Global Delivery Readiness team in new product development, build artifacts and templates, and develop standards and best practices as needed
Own operational intake and operational engagement activities, as we onboard new internal and third-party partners into the CrossCore ecosystem
Establish, publish, advocate, mentor and evangelize delivery standards and best practices to regional colleagues around the world
Roughly 50% of your time will be as a delivery Subject Matter Expert assigned to projects around the world. This role is not as a flex team member, but rather as a delivery expert who might execute some tasks but with shadowing, or might act as a reverse shadow, or any of a number of other scenarios where the need for our assistance is clear.
International travel as needed, though most work would be accomplished using remote enablement technologies
Working knowledge of PowerCurve and Strategy Manager is a plus
Must be able to thrive in a fast-paced environment, and contribute to the development of policies, procedures, and best practices
Must be able to handle execution responsibilities for several projects at one time, each with competing/conflicting priorities
Must have experience in a consulting role, preferably to Financial Institutions or Merchants;
Experience working with and troubleshooting Linux-based systems that use relational DBMS’s like Oracle
Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Computer Science, Engineering or equivalent
