Summary of Job: As the receptionist for the spa, you will be responsible for scheduling all appointments, checking spa guests in and out, and assisting guests with any questions or concerns and Assist manager and other Spa personnel with tasks

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Comply with all Six Flags and Great Escape policies and procedures
Abide by all applicable laws of Local, State and Federal government.
Needs to be a professional and highly self-motivated team member, with the ability to communicate to guests
Multi-task and prioritize incoming internal calls.
Assist Supervisors other Spa personnel with tasks
Maintain schedules and appointments for the Spa
Maintain a clean workspace.
Uphold the standards of sanitation and sterilization as directed by law and the spa's policies and procedures
Recommends retail products for clients' at-home usage
Ensure clients feel welcome when they arrive for their appointments
Maintain spa appearance and cleanliness
Stock and maintain treatments rooms according to standard operating procedures
Promote and up-sell products and services
Ensure that a high standard of service is maintained throughout the spa
Assists Spa in activities such as staff meetings, promotions, housekeeping duties
Assists with washing and folding of all linens used in treatment rooms
Maintains and increases knowledge of product line, and skin /body treatments by attending new product and skin care promotions, in house instruction, and education/training classes
Must be at least 18 years old
Must have a High School Diploma or Equivalent
Certification and licensure preferred
Possess excellent communication skills
Have the ability to provide legible communication
Have knowledge of physiology
Be familiar with standard concepts, practices, and procedures within a particular field
Be able to regularly lift and/or move up to fifty (50) pounds
Must be able to work weekends, holidays, and any other shifts as necessary
Skills and Qualifications:
Must be at least 18 years old
Must have a High School Diploma or Equivalent
Certification and licensure required
