What you’ll be doing...
Working as an individual contributor, you will be supporting corporate HR to ensure compliance with corporate policy compliance audits, Sarbanes-Oxley, and other HR processes. You will be working with HR business groups, IT, and Internal/External auditors.to document compliance with periodic audits. You will also be coordinating follow-up for outstanding audit observations, and developing/updating auditing processes to reflect changes in our business processes and regulatory requirements.
Key Responsibilities:

Ensures that audits and risk assessments are completed as scheduled, resolve issues discovered by audits, work with reviewers and certifiers to ensure that they complete their tasks in a timely manner. Learn about HR processes and business groups and how we can use auditing to provide a better customer experience and increase reliability.

Assists in preparing various weekly/monthly/quarterly management reports including ensuring they are accurate and the information is clearly presented.

Develops and communicates the audit plan and risk assessments.

Other tasks as assigned.

What we’re looking for...
You'll need to have:
Associates degree or two or more years of work experience
Three or more years of relevant work experience
A strong understanding of auditing/risk assessment methodology and internal control factors
Even better if you have:
BA/BS in accounting, finance,. CPA, CISA, CIA
4+ years related work experience
Experience with conducting reporting/system audits and ensuring compliance within legally mandated procedures.
Experience demonstrating good judgment, strong communication skills and ability to work with management at all levels
Experience designing and developing presentations
Highly proficient in gSuite, PowerPoint, Excel, Word and Access
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
