About the Role
Law Enforcement Operations at Uber serves as the engagement point for law enforcement globally - ensuring data privacy, supporting business operations, and promoting city safety.
We are currently searching for a Program Manager who will continue to help us build effective and efficient processes to remove roadblocks, allow teams to seamlessly execute, and report progress to stakeholders. What You’ll Do
Own scoping and end-to-end delivery of multiple high complexity projects / processes / programs
Drive process improvement including workflow development, operating procedures and training, in accordance with Uber’s policies and legal/regulatory requirements.
Plan and execute regular leadership committee meetings on key initiatives
Support the team in rigorous setting, scoring, and tracking of key goals and objectives
Incite action through strong relationships with multiple team including internal functional leaders and key stakeholders globally
Design appropriate metrics, tools, and methods to track and sustain improvements
Conduct rigorous analysis of policies and adjacent programs to effectively highlight any gaps and escalate issues
What You’ll Need
A minimum of 7 years of industry or consulting experience in project or program management, global operations, or related fields
Change management in a large/international company
Ability to tell clear, compelling stories out of complex issues and analysis
Influential with great communication skills, both written and verbal
Ability to design processes without a prescribed template
Experience in planning, setting metrics, and roadmap development
Passion for improving user experience with a focus on safety on our communities
Demonstrate an understanding of data privacy requirements in the US and Europe.
Investigatory process experience, able to work independently with impeccable judgment.
Technical knowledge of data analytics discovery processes including SQL programming and statistical analysis.
MBA or Master's degree a plus
International experience a plus
