Position Summary:This staff scientist position is located in the Wisconsin Center for NanoBioSystem (WisCNano) at the School of Pharmacy and will work under the general direction of center faculty to plan, conduct, and analyze experiments related to multiple projects in nanomedicine.

Degree and Area of Specialization:Ph.D. in pharmaceutical sciences, polymer science, bioengineering, materials science, or a related field is required.

Minimum Years and Type of Relevant Work Experience:Experience with nanotechnology and animal studies, e.g., mouse tumor models, is required.
The ability to be a team player, collaborate and communicate with scientists and clinicians across fields is required.

Post-doctoral experience is preferred.
Applicants with specific skills in animal surgical procedures, animal imaging, cell culture, and immunology background will be strongly considered.

Salary:Minimum $55,000 ANNUAL (12 months)
