Description

As a Strategic Account Manager you'll be responsible for driving and accelerating revenue of AppSheet products and services into a portfolio of named, large enterprise accounts.
You will represent AppSheet and manage all aspects of the sales process including lead management, qualification, evaluation, close and account care.
You will play an important role in the success of our revenue efforts and be supported by dedicated marketing campaigns, sales operational support and flexible engineering support.
What you'll be doing includes: Defining and executing on your account plans
- identifying, managing and closing strategic, enterprise-wide opportunities within a set number of accounts.
Delivering strategic, value-oriented discussions and product demonstrations with key executives and stakeholders that influence opportunities to expand understanding and use of AppSheet products and solutions.
Drive usage and adoption through activities defined as critical to ensure customer success.
These include, identifying customer goals, roadblocks and key metrics and building a prescriptive plan for their success.
Building and expanding networks within each account to develop additional relationships for product expansion and adoption.
Working creatively with internal AppSheet teams and resources to offer solutions.
Meeting and exceeding sales goals and quotas.
Being a trusted advisor, domain expert and advocate for customers and partners.
Managing and tracking efforts, contact details and transactional information in the CRM system.
Keeping up-to-date on competition, competitive issues and products.
Participating in team-building and company-growth activities including strategy setting, sales training, marketing and customer success.
Traveling to customer locations and industry events in support of your sales efforts.
