They help answer student questions, provide information, schedule appointments, direct phone calls and complete various administrative tasks as assigned by their supervisor.
•Complete student assistant training
•Coordinate appointments with students through written and verbal communication
•Display a positive professional attitude and support towards visitors, students, staff and faculty
•Maintain confidentiality of information
•Attend, participate and be punctual to trainings, meetings and shifts
•Complete all necessary paperwork and maintain appointment documentation
Minimum Qualifications•Good academic standing
•Complete work efficiently with attention to quality and detail
•Excellent interpersonal communication
•Willingness to actively participate in on-going training
