The Customer Conversations Platform team designs, develops, deploys, and supports in-house and third-party contact center infrastructure hardware and applications for Google’s Sales and Support teams to improve productivity and customer satisfaction. In this role, you will be playing an integral part in testing, verifying, configuring, and managing all of the platform integrations between in-house and third-party applications across multiple operating systems and browsers.
As a Systems Administrator, you will manage and support a large complex environment of different operating systems, browsers, infrastructure devices, and end user devices. You're highly technical and will work directly with other service managers to ensure the continued expansion, reliability, and sustainability of Google’s contact center platform. Your work will directly impact the experience of Google’s call center agents as well as the experience of Google’s customer interactions.

Plan and manage the rollout of enterprise level contact center platform applications.
Collect, coordinate, automate, and execute test suites to maintain the code quality and user experience of contact center platform applications.
Manage the test suites across a complex matrix of multiple operating system platforms including their associated subversions and browser types and versions.
Manage a test lab including hardware, software, and networking requirements.
Identify and root cause issues pertaining to the media quality.
