Minimum qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Electrical, Electronic, or Computer Engineering or a related field or equivalent practical experience.
5 years of experience managing an engineering team.
Experience as an engineer in the design of hardware products.
Preferred qualifications:
Master's degree in Electrical, Electronic, or Computer Engineering or a related field.
10 years of experience designing and shipping high volume consumer products with external CM, ODM, or JDM partners.
Broad, cross-functional understanding of hardware product development execution collaborating with internal partners.
Effective verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to travel as required.

Manage a team of Electrical and Systems Engineers.
Lead a team to produce architecture, design, schematics, and layout guidance.
Represent cross-functional hardware teams in executive/management reviews.
Manage engineering cost, performance, and overall execution for products.
Partner with peer leaders in Program Management, Product Design, and Operations to drive product through development process and into production.
