Description

You will provide technical direction and business guidance to the WW EN Sales Engineering Innovation/Incubation Team. You will drive value, impact and force multiplication through broad enablement focused planning, cross functional team execution and talent to big rock initiative alignment. You will actively develop and maintain a team of high-performing TSAs and SEs and continually seek creative methods to nurture team culture, foster from the field for the field collaboration and improve cross functional team performance. You will help meet operational revenue goals by driving programs such as Test Drives, Experience Workshops and PoV. You will lead and grow TSA and SE team expertise, leveraging the diverse talent of each individual. You will partner with other team leaders within the WW EN Sales organization to ensure alignment with Sales Acceleration, Segments, Solutions, Competitive and Operational aspects of the WW EN Sales business. You will create a technical resource plan for projects and collaborate with the Director of WW EN Sales Engineering as well as other members of the SLT to prioritize and target team opportunities while taking into account quantitative data, trends and movements. You will understand how to effectively influence and inspire team focus, performance and overall alignment to WW EN Sales strategies required to effectively execute and to deliver on a growing number of commitments.
Lead team to execute on enablement focused innovation and incubation strategies
Assign resources to critical initiatives while taking into consideration unique and diverse talent, expertise and personalities
Partner with CE COE (dCloud, CPOC, etc.) to take WW EN Sales IP to scale
Partner with the BE to ensure the necessary interlock as well as documented and executed RACI models are in place for our teams to jointly address enablement requirements, roadmap prioritization and the evolution of Cisco’s next generation solution offerings
Track and report metrics associated with Sales Academy, dCloud demo utilization, Test Drive events and PoV program offerings
Interact with business units to provide support for local region
Lead multi-functional projects such as Demo to Dollars that translate to WW seller impact
Actively seek feedback on self; recognize own capabilities and take initiative to continually improve
Advocate for continual improvement in customer experience to increase brand loyalty for Cisco
Understand drivers of customer satisfaction, strive to improve customer experiences and maintain and monitor high levels of customer satisfaction in assigned territory.
Who You Are
You will know how to establish relationships built on trust and commitment and develop relationships at multiple levels within Cisco. Understand Cisco’s business model and how to diplomatically navigate situations where individuals are reluctant to change, but where transformation is required. You will have an advanced understanding of the EN IBN solution landscape.

Drive planning and provide leadership oversite for cross functional working initiatives resulting in WW quantifiable impact
