We are looking for a dynamic Talent Development Specialist professional to join our team in Flagstaff, Arizona.

In this role, you will facilitate effective learning initiatives for associates in the Medical Products Division located in Flagstaff & Phoenix, AZ.  This is a role for a learning & development professional with sophisticated facilitation and consulting skills.

Responsibilities include:
Managing the communication, marketing, delivery (instructor led and virtual), evaluation and continuous improvement of programs for associates in Flagstaff and as needed in Phoenix. (This will include on boarding programs, sponsoring, leadership, communication and other courses)
Regularly facilitating instructor led programs in Flagstaff and providing appropriate coverage for Phoenix
Partnering with local leaders and human resource team members to identify performance gaps and conduct needs assessment to uncover development needs.  (Recommending solutions to drive high performance, and partner with team mates to design or source the design of training and performance support. Managing pilots, measuring results and planning implementation to achieve sustained results)
Partnering with regional and functional Talent Development Specialists as needed to support the development of associate’s functional excellence
Required Job Qualifications:
A Bachelors or advanced degree in education, organizational learning or relevant field
Minimum of 5 years of experience with adult learning in a university or corporate setting or 5 years in digital learning in a high school setting. 
Superior program delivery (face to face and virtual) and group facilitation skills
Proven ability to develop and implement a training plan that drives measurable business results
Strong internal consulting skills, including conducting needs assessment, contracting, diagnosing, project planning, implementing, and measuring results
Strong interpersonal skills to effectively integrate and influence across functions
Demonstrated learning agility, flexible and open to change
Effective working in a team environment as well as independently
Ability to:
Design blended learning solutions
Travel from Flagstaff to Phoenix (10-15% travel)
Desired Job Qualifications: 
Proven track record of working effectively in a global environment or cross-culturally
