Job Description

As a Team Lead Solution Architect you will provide venue expertise during client engagement to deliver workflow and solution design to achieve define benefits. You will consult with clients on current workflows, upgrades, system changes and enhancements and ongoing system maintenance while providing client partners solution troubleshooting and knowledge transfer. You will be responsible for developing and maintaining relationships with clients to provide appropriate escalation of issues, solution knowledge and engagement support as well as resolve escalated problems and issues using solution knowledge and expertise. Additionally, you will be responsible for resolving client concerns raised during installation, operation, maintenance or solution application and perform test script execution.

Your people management responsibilities will include managing routine associate situations. This includes directing the work efforts and results of a team of associates, developing team goals and managing them for results, as well as developing associates through coaching performance, completing performance reviews, goal setting and development planning. Finally, you will promote diversity and create a respectful work environment.

Qualifications

Basic Qualifications

- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, Marketing, Finance, Mathematics, Science, Health Care Administration, or related field
- Revenue Cycle and relevant work experience in the business field
- A minimum of 3 years software implementation work experience


Preferred Qualifications

- A minimum of 3 years’ experience in Health care information technology project management or consulting work experience
- Experience with Cerner Millennium Revenue Cycle or Cerner Practice Management
- At least 1 year in a leadership role
- A minimum of 3 years experience in Health care information technology
- At least 1 year of customer service work experience


Expectations
- Must live in or be willing to relocate to the Lowell, MA area
