Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, a related technical field, or equivalent practical experience.
5 years of technical experience as an individual contributor.
2 years of experience managing a team of engineering and/or technical operations professionals.
Experience with operating systems internals and administration (e.g., filesystems, inodes, system calls) or networking (e.g., TCP/IP, routing, network topologies and hardware, SDN).
2 years of experience hiring and developing teams.
Experience working with critical systems and operations within a distributed organization.
Experience leading people through change with an ability to adjust to rapidly changing technology and make decisions with limited information.
Track record of identifying opportunities to improve team efficiency and effectiveness through automation.
Ability to prioritize and manage across multiple sensitive initiatives.
Excellent organizational, communication, leadership and customer service skills.
