The Technology Enablement Specialist will support leaders within the Sales Strategy team by administrating a variety of tasks with multiple technology systems. This position leverages technology systems to find ways to improve efficiencies in a variety of programs and initiatives.
Accountabilities:
Utilizes technology systems to administrator a variety of tasks in the call center environment. These tasks could include list cleansing and importing, lead assignments, data entry, and reporting
Makes recommendations on how technology can be leveraged to increase efficiency and effectiveness for various business functions and programs
Outlines steps necessary to complete initiatives, ensures completion, provides data reporting and analyses to ensure maximum benefit
Meets with stakeholders to understand and analyze goals and desired results for various programs
Analyzes current processes and procedures, create and implement innovative solutions to improve results or efficiencies
Documents changes to ensure communication across various work groups
Maintains an in-depth level of technical and professional skills/knowledge in Call Center Systems and Technology. Understands technical terminology and keeps abreast of developments and trends
Adheres to company and department policies that support ethical practices related to distribution of leads, generation of sales and payment of incentives
Maintains product and industry competitor knowledge and how Deluxe product/services are used to save time and /or improve effectiveness
Responsible for set up, testing, and maintenance of technology used for new and existing programs
Cross-functional collaboration and coordination for new processes and program roll-outs
Position may include other duties as determined by the company.


Required:
High School (or equivalent)
2 years of experience
Experience with Salesforce.com, MS Excel, MS Access (or other database tools), Visio, SharePoint
Call center related experience
Administrative detail and organizational skills to achieve performance goals
Ability to handle and champion change, multiple demands, ambiguity, and shifting priorities
Must have strong verbal and written communication skills with demonstrated strength in communicating with credibility; ability to translate complex technical concepts into user-friendly language; ability to create actionable plans from strategy-level business needs or requirements
Ability to prioritize, estimate, scope, and maximize efficiencies on tasks and assigned projects
Life-long learner with genuine, intrinsic curiosity; affinity for technology, early adopter
Entrepreneurial, inquisitive and highly creative/energetic; inherent problem-solver
Autonomous, knows how to use resources and “how to get it done”


Preferred:
SFDC Administrator Certified
Working knowledge of coding concepts or language
Project management experience or familiarity with project management concepts and strategies
Leadership experience is a plus
