Additional Technology Information: 
• Conduct daily store visits to create a relationship with store leaders and associates. Store visits to follow up on remodel, new store, Clicklist, FET, SBG, Wi-Fi grid, APP, FFD, and any other enterprise or division project. • Provide basic user training when needed on hardware and software. • Take lead of PCI/ECR audits, data security, and communication for 100 stores. • Take ownership of all new store and remodel tasks for technology. Following up with team on progress, providing leadership and direction, and collaborating with vendors, Facility PMs, BTC technology, and local KTM team. • Provide afterhours support for store WAN/Network outages. Develop relationship with NOC team and work independently with BTC Store Infrastructure when necessary. Provide backup support to Store Systems Manager. • Main lead for store telecom support, BCM, CISCO, Alarms, Music, Amps, paging, POTS lines. Attend period telecom calls with G.O. Communicate and install new telecom technology. Develop working relationship with 3rd party support team CrossComm National. • Working knowledge of Power Point and good communication skills. Will be required to make presentations at districts, division office, and stores. • Provide backup to POS/SCO/Fuel Supervisor when necessary. • Provide backup to Store Systems Supervisor when necessary. Technical Skills: • Familiar with Panduit cabling standards • Working knowledge of Windows 10 OS and MS Office 365 cloud applications. • Working knowledge of network systems, switches, TCP/IP, MAC address, and general trouble shooting of network equipment. • Basic working knowledge of laptop and computer hardware specs, i.e. USB ports, HDMI, ports, NIC, card, Bluetooth, wi-fi, speakers, etc.


Position Summary:

The primary focus of this position is to provide advanced administration support for all facets of the division office system operations. This includes day-to-day technical supervision, 3rd level support in multiple locations, and at all hours. The Operations Analyst works with others to establish and improve processes and procedures within the division. Essential Job Functions:

Support and maintain division applications utilizing required tools and technologies. Provide support for applications, including involvement with appropriate Technology teams. Provide off-hours support (24 x 7) as required.
Assist in developing programming specifications, may design, code and unit test application code based on Technology best practices for local applications.
Manage document efficiency process and train division associates on document efficiency best practices.
Establish priorities and scheduling for enhancements/modifications of division applications.
Assist in maintaining division programs; PERL, Business Objects.
Partner with division business users on Business Objects reporting to analyze sales, loss, profit, shrink and inventories.
Supervise and coordinate order scheduling, catalog maintenance, and order polling, where applicable.
Assist with desktop support and data security.
Manage file transfer, loads and custom reports under the direction of the Office System Supervisor.
Maintain office system operational procedures and processes.
Support supervisor with additional duties as required within the division office location.

Minimum Position Qualifications:

3 – 5 years experience in adjacent technologies.
Proven PC skills in Windows XP, Microsoft Word and Excel Spreadsheets.
Proven communication and presentation skills to effectively communicate information to customers and to all levels within the organization.
Ability to interact well in a team environment.
Programming skills, specifically business objects or related analytical tools.
Strong customer service skills.
Desired Previous Job Experience

Associates degree in an Information Technology discipline preferred.
3 - 5 years experience in supporting IT Infrastructure or Security
