Minimum qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in business, technology or equivalent practical experience.
5 years of experience in managing physical security technology projects from evaluation to design and execution.
Experience interacting with diverse technical and non-technical groups, at peer level, to drive positive business outcomes.
Preferred qualifications:
2 years of experience in technology strategy development and execution within Physical and Cyber Security industries.
Ability to drive project outcomes through informal authority, serve as a trusted consultant to internal customers, and represent users and customers in every thought and interaction.
Ability to support RFIs and RFPs to identify qualified technology suppliers and discuss best pricing and business terms.
Excellent planning skills including attention to detail, information organization, timeline tracking, and comprehensive communication across many teams and at all organizational levels.
Excellent analytical, communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to take initiative and build relationships.

As the Technology Program Manager for Security Systems, you will be part of the team responsible for the overall upkeep and improvements for a variety of different applications that keep Googlers safe and secure.
From keeping Googlers safe and secure to managing disruptive events, the ability to anticipate, deter, detect, and act are the pillars of Google’s Global Security and Resilience Services (GSRS) team. As a member of GSRS you will help develop a culture where safety, security and resiliency are integrated into every facet of Google, including the creative process. You will help us continually identify, evaluate and monitor enterprise risks that could affect business activities and provide business leaders the information they need to make critical decisions. You'll collaborate with cross-functional teams to create innovative strategies and develop programs that drive sustainable effectiveness.
Work with internal clients and cross-functional partners to develop security technology strategies with a focus on scalable growth, automation, and best business outcomes.
Support the build of technology solutions through execution cycle from strategic planning to tactical activities such as gathering requirements, developing user stories, and creating project, rollout and communications plans. Support evaluation, integration, and implementation of third party technology solutions.
Identify and track changing business conditions in Google and relevant industries, and evolve security technology strategies and related products based on research, data and market trends. Monitor and assess technology-related risks and help prioritize technology projects and requests.
Conduct basic product management, including owning vision for specific systems and tools during development and ongoing in “maintenance mode”.
Establish excellent relationships with client groups, Engineering teams, and other resources to foster collaborative opportunities and avoid duplication of efforts or unmaintainable spinoff efforts.
