Ubisoft, a global leader in the video games and entertainment software industry, is currently seeking a Digital Operations Coordinator (contractor) for its Digital Operations team.
This individual will report to the Senior Manager of Release Management, and will be responsible for assisting with pricing submissions to first-party partners, as well as age-rating submissions to the Entertainment Software Ratings Board.
Assist with long- and short-form submissions to the ESRB
Assist with ESRB submission pre-checks – e.g., checking game scripts and lyrics, and vetting submission footage
Assist with marketing reviews to ensure compliance with ESRB guidelines
Monitor Ubisoft’s channels and first-party storefronts for compliance with ESRB guidelines
Coordinate with multiple internal teams to compile NCSA territory pricing and promotions information, and submit to first-party partners
Maintain markdown/delist tracking document and share with internal teams
Detail oriented with very strong organizational and tracking skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Basic PC software proficiency
Project management experience strongly preferred
Gaming experience on current console and handheld systems strongly preferred
Video editing experience preferred
Experience with/knowledge of ESRB guidelines a plus
Experience with Microsoft, Nintendo, and/or Sony submission protocols and digital storefronts a plus
Gaming industry experience a plus
Foreign language skills a plus
