Position Summary:

Maintain, process, and store of all Accounts Payable (AP) related files, records, and programs. Perform all jobs safely, efficiently and accurately to maintain and improve the performance of the entire plant in the areas of Safety, Quality, Reliability (SQR) and our Customer 1st strategy. Essential Job Functions:

Create and maintain vendor master files on Adage, check terms, verify remit-to addresses and tax information
Use Maintenance Planner II (MP2) system to verify receipt and price on vendor invoices for maintenance items
Receive and process all incoming vendor electronic data Interchange (EDI) invoices
Provide Tax Exemption Forms, as needed
Knowledge of Sales and Use Tax laws
Administer Wells Fargo (VISA) program and Out of Pocket (OOP) expenses
Manage all non-inventory accounts
Follow established programs, policies and practices to produce safe quality foods that meet regulatory and company requirements
Support the development, implementation, maintenance, and ongoing improvement of the SQF Systems
Accountable to the Kroger Manufacturing Food Safety and Quality Principles
Must be able to perform the essential functions of this position with or without reasonable accommodation
Minimum Position Qualifications:

High School Diploma or GED equivalent
2 years of related experience in accounting or finance
Attention to detail with high degree of accuracy
Excellent oral/written communication skills
Proficient in Microsoft office
Desired Previous Job Experience:

Knowledge of computer programs including ERP
Experience in food/beverage industry
