Position Summary:

Ensure all visitors’ needs are met and they have an enjoyable experience. Perform all jobs safely, efficiently and accurately to maintain and improve the performance of the entire plant in the areas of Safety, Quality, Reliability (SQR) and our Customer 1st strategy. Provide leadership that embodies our 7 Manufacturing High Performance Work System principles. Demonstrate the company’s core values of respect, honesty, integrity, diversity, inclusion and safety.

Essential Job Functions:

Maintain responsibility for ticketing, retail sales, exhibits, taste lab, Tea Discovery and special orders
Maintain proper supply inventory of the assigned work area
Ensure world class service is provided to each visitor
Become familiar with all aspects of The Experience including company history and facility layout
Follow established programs, policies and practices to produce safe quality foods that meet regulatory and company requirements.
Support the development, implementation, maintenance, and ongoing improvement of the SQF Systems
Maintain flexibility to work any shift including, evenings, weekends, holidays and during special events
Accountable to the Kroger Manufacturing Food Safety and Quality Principles
Must be able to perform the essential functions of this position with or without reasonable accommodation
Minimum Position Qualifications:

Must be at least 16 years of age
Must have a pleasant personality and neat appearance
Must be customer service oriented, greeting guests with excitement and enthusiasm
Must be able to assist guests with special needs
Proven ability to work well under pressure and treat guests with respect
Must be able to work in crowded venues and handle multiple situations simultaneously
Ability to speak clearly and professional in front of large groups of guests
Must be a good listener in order to understand and respond to questions from guests
Desired Previous Job Experience:

Experience in hospitality or tourism
Experience in retail
