This Sr. Analyst will work within the Quality Management Office (QMO), supporting the Crew testing teams, acting as a Team lead. They will be responsible for managing testing efforts for the team including working with cross functional project teams to provide work estimations and resource allocation, create and manage test plans, review test cases, ensured work coverage for all projects and ensure that team projects are delivered to Southwest Airlines technical standards and on time. They will work with multiple other teams including development, release management, project management and stakeholders. They will provide test metrics to leadership in regards to Crew testing efforts, and ensure that defects are being tracked and triaged appropriately. They will provide coordination efforts of work and delivery with 3rd party resources and offshore resources. Conducts needs analysis to create quality solutions. Ensures solutions are aligned with stated requirements and comply with departmental standards. Manages activities to ensure solutions are delivered on-time and within budget. Serves as a resource to ensure effective communications.
