We are looking for a Traffic Manager to join our team in Elkton, MD or Flagstaff, AZ.

In this role, you will be responsible for efficiently managing the workflow within our global digital production team (called the “Digital Studio”). Specifically, you will execute protocols on triaging work to designated resources, prioritize and address bottlenecks, and communicate to divisional stakeholders as needed. You will support adherence to global standards and guidelines and identify opportunities to realize operational efficiencies and apply best practices. You will be a key member of a team responsible for Digital production/operations on behalf of Gore’s divisions.

Responsibilities include:
Coordinating workflows for the Digital Studio team, with a focus on strong planning and project management of digital tactic delivery with consistent, quality, and reliable service to customers and internal partners.
Overseeing tactical operations and deployment, including:
Tracking and prioritizing to effectively meet identified timelines, providing delivery status of assigned tactics to the Digital Studio Leader and divisional stakeholders
Building and reviewing operational reports to facilitate efficiency reviews for digital promotional tactic development and production
Coordinate handoffs between the Digital Studio and the divisions
Developing and adhering to omni-channel execution guidelines and quality standards, including:
Ensure quality processes and guidelines are documented and shared with internal customers
Ensure all assigned digital tactics adhere to compliance guidelines
Provide continuous input into appropriate compliance procedures
Collaborate with members of the divisional marketing teams to ensure that Gore is presenting a consistent approach to tactic delivery and deployment
Ensure that external partners and agencies adhere to Gore guidelines
Qualifications
 
Required Job Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree
Minimum of 5+ years’ experience in Business Operations or related field, or knowledge in Digital deployment operations and excellence
Experience with project management software
Possess strong proven quality operational, planning and execution skills
Experience working with various interrelated, interdependent Digital Marketing platforms and approaches
Experience successfully implementing Digital tactics and providing Digital guidance
Strong personal management skills, including effective time management, prioritizing, and delegation
Ability to build a collaborative culture, including:
Listening to and carefully considering others’ perspectives, especially to manage and resolve conflict
