Due to continued organizational growth, Liberty Healthcare Corporation seeks qualified candidates for a newly-created ‘Training Coordinator’ position.

In this key role, you will work closely with subject matter experts, management professionals and healthcare leaders to design, develop and deliver training materials and presentations to a wide array of stakeholders. You will exercise your research, professional writing, public speaking, and presentation skills on a regular basis.

The downstream impact of your work should result in systematic enhancements to a large public health system as well as improved quality of life and healthcare outcomes for a significant number of people who have intellectual and developmental disabilities.

Skills & Requirements

You’re a good fit for this position if you possess these attributes:

- Outstanding written communication skills – and experience developing and writing technical training materials
- Outstanding verbal communication and presentation skills – and experience delivering training modules and presentations to individuals as well as small and large groups
- Ability to process and synthesize information provided by subject matter experts – and create impactful charts, tables, graphics and narratives
