Duties and Responsibilities

Supports a team of Treasury Management Officers by assisting throughout the sales cycle and providing treasury solutions to both prospects and existing clients.

Prepares proposals that outline client-focused treasury solutions and will include pricing recommendations and related service information.

Coordinates implementation of treasury services with applicable parties to ensure timely delivery to clients.

Provides and coordinates client training and installation of treasury services.

Participates in relationship review process and cross selling opportunities.

Supports internal partners by providing training and assisting on special projects.

Service internal and external Treasury Management customers via telephone and workflow system.

Resolve complex client and product issues.

Participation in civic and community affairs to promote a strong, involved community image for the bank.

Participate in other bank projects and activities as required.

Necessary Skills and Attributes Bachelor’s degree in a business discipline preferred or equivalent work experience required

2 to 3 years of direct treasury management experience preferred

Strong knowledge of treasury products and technical requirements

Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills with the ability to interact with all levels of customers, clients, and Bank personnel

Must have strong, demonstrated customer service skills

Excellent analytical, time management, organizational and problem-solving skills with the ability to multi-task and work in a deadline-driven environment.

Must be able to travel locally up to 50%

Strong computer skills with the ability to learn and utilize custom banking systems and applications

Proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
