Human Resources Solution Delivery organization for CVSHealth is an area that supports the HR Business Partner community with a vast of initiatives that ultimately will assist their internal client groups.
HR Solution Delivery is looking for an intern to assist with the development and implementation of various projects that will be designated during the internship. These projects vary from multi business unit initiatives to process improvement within the HR arena. You will collaborate with HR COE’s, including Labor Relations, HR Analytics, Change Management, Leadership Dev areas. At the end of your intern you should have developed a stronger skill set in consultative and project management areas with the emphasis in Human Resources. To be successful in this role you will need to be flexible in your learning style, this is a fast paced area that need to adapt to initiative changes. This is an exciting position to experience as the work is very different to a regular HR support function. If you are desiring an experience to understand our company and how the HRBP area operates this is an ideal role to be in for the summer.
