Overall Purpose of role
The UX Research Analyst is a tenacious, self-motivated professional, superior at organization and coordinating multiple validation and usability studies, while managing research projects, working across several verticals and business areas, partnering with stakeholders, products owners, and bringing alignment to the UX team, US Insights team, US Analytics Team, and Global Digital Research Teams. This role is a global role, and alignment across teams will include coordinating efforts across the globe.


The UX Research Analyst will oversee and own the governance of research processes, documenting and tracking data, reporting to teams and stakeholders on findings, working with UX and Analytics to turn results into solutions, and finding opportunities to expand research and usability results into new work.

Your Role 
Develop strategies for research analysis across several regional and global business areas.
Documents, tracks, and owns all research and usability efforts in the US, coordinating and collaborating with US Insights teams and Global research teams when appropriate.
Accountable for developing and progressing research and study criteria through legal and compliance approvals.
Accountable for creating research and usability criteria
Accountable for coordinating with US Insights team and Global Research team on all projects that meet the criteria for analysis.
Synthesizes research findings / outputs by leveraging analytics and customer feedback data to develop filters and definitions for determining future work opportunities.
Work with UX partner to development solutions based on feedback.
Deliver readout / outputs of findings to stakeholders and team members.
Keeping abreast industry best practices, trends and design paradigms in order to keep design approaches fresh and relevant, and to provide the wider design teams with insight and creative input.
Stakeholder Management and Leadership
The US Research Analyst will work primarily with UX Team members, US Stakeholders, US Insights team, and the Global Research team, by establishing research and test criteria appropriate for various projects.
Able to mediate and mend relationships, communicating with stakeholders at all levels.
Able to manage stakeholders’ expectations and facilitate discussions across high risk and complexity or under constrained timescales.
Able to speak and represent the community to large audiences inside and outside of finance.
Decision-making and Problem Solving
Able to have an overall perspective on business issues, events, activities and an understanding of their wider implications
