Posting Number9001195TitleVice Chancellor of Enrollment ManagementPosition TypeFull-TimeDepartmentStudent ServicesJob SummaryUnder administrative oversight of the Chancellor, the Vice Chancellor for Enrollment Management is responsible for planning, overseeing, organizing and directing the College’s enrollment management programs and activities; to ensure that assigned functions fulfill college goals and objectives; to supervise assigned staff; and to provide highly complex and responsible staff assistance to the Chancellor.

As a member of the Executive Council, he/she participates in strategic planning, policy formulation, budgetary decisions and problem solving, and offers advice and counsel on the implications of institutional decisions on both the academic program and the student experience.

Required Education Master’s Degree from a regionally accredited institution of higher education in student affairs, educational leadership, business administration, sales and/or marketing or related field.

•Skill and/or competency in leadership planning, budgeting, resource allocation, and in the development and evaluation of academic programs

•Broad knowledge and perspective on issues and challenges facing higher education

•Exemplary oral and written communication skills

•Ability to recruit, evaluate and develop staff who represent the diversity of the college community and establishes appropriate professional developmental plans

•Ability to assess data appropriately and use data to identify opportunities to serve and make effective decisions regarding the needs of students

•Social and political sensitivity and ability to anticipate future trends

•Broad knowledge and perspective to develop competitive and breakthrough strategies and plans

•Problem solving skills

Preferred Skills & AbilitiesRequired Experience•Five years of progressively responsible student enrollment/ services and/or administrative experience, including experience in counseling, enrollment management, and student engagement.
•Successful implementation of team leadership and effective interpersonal communication skills
