Description

We are seeking a bright, self-motivated individual to lead Vitality's growth in the Employer business segment.
The ideal candidate will have direct experience selling into large enterprises while possessing the ability to mentor and lead others.
The individual will also lead feedback sessions internally on Vitality product fit and competitive positioning.
A background with deep experience with Corporate Wellness and Well-Being programs is strongly preferred.
This position will be located in Downtown Chicago, IL.


Essential Functions:


- Lead national distribution strategy for US Employer business segment
- Mentor and develop distribution channels for Employer business under 5,000 lives
- Enhance distribution efforts for business segments over 5,000 lives
- Lead national relationships with key brokerage/consulting producers
- Serve as market lead for gathering competitive information and guiding new product deployments


Education/Experience/Skills:


- Minimum of 5 years' experience with Corporate Wellness and Well-Being programs
- 10 + years of experience with a strong track record in Sales and Business Development functions
- Experience closing sales with national accounts (e.g.
5,000 lives)
- Highly-motivated self-starter who can succeed with minimal supervision
- Strong presentation and follow-up skills
- Ability to travel 25%-50%, as business needs dictate
